Addressing the Need

Jackson Miles is a homegrown Australian skin and grooming brand making waves in both the local and international markets. Although they’d had significant organic brand growth, they we’re looking for ways of scaling their business. Jackson Miles faced the challenge of growing in a highly competitive market. Previous attempts at Google Ads had yielded some results, but ultimately wasn’t profitable. They needed an agency who’d work closely with them to understand their business, industry challenges and to create a scaleable online strategy.
To address these challenges, Paperstack implemented a multi-pronged strategy encompassing SEO, Google Search, Google Shopping and Retargeting through the Google Display Network. This strategy meant they could drive new potential customers to their website, work them through a carefully crafted funnel and retarget them at the optimum time to drive conversion. Google Shopping witnessed a notable 113% increase in conversion rates, indicating heightened user engagement and purchase intent. The SEO improvements drove an increase in organic traffic by 84% with a massive 315% increase in organic conversion rates. The Google Ads campaigns also had major improvements. An increase in 113% in conversion rate with a ROAS of 9x. This was largely due to the focus on building our audiences through SEO and top-of-funnel Google ads and successfully nurturing these audiences to conversion. Next steps for Jackson Miles is to establish fulfilment capiability in the US market after which, a similar campaign strategy will be rolled in in key US states.
